I left Vietnam as a boat person and immigrated to the U.S. After graduating from California State University Long Beach, I entered the mortgage lending industry where I successfully built American Financial Group. I then founded Pacific America Mortgage, an independent mortgage banker located in Long Beach,” said Lee.
Remembering his humble start, Tony mentors and empowers his own agents so they too can prosper from the opportunities in the industry. One of his agents is a Russian born immigrant who at 28 is involved in the ownership of five properties.

The commercial real estate sector continues to be more robust than the residential sector at this time. According to the National Association of Realtors the Commercial Leading Indicator for Brokerage Activity in the first quarter 2007 rose to the highest level on record.
